Ever wondered how all those nifty cucumbers, cabbages, carrots, Brussels sprouts, and more arrived at your favorite resto? Always curious and eager to tour a bustling food products warehouse? Now is your chance to learn and see how it all happens.
This special insiders' meeting will introduce Charlie's Produce, a cornerstone of Seattle's foodservice world since 1978. Dame Laura Severance, marketing director, will share the history of Charlie's Produce, which today is the largest independent grocery produce company on the West Coast. We'll tour the warehouse where it all happens (dress warmly and wear close-toed shoes) and meet the current CEO, along with several key operating managers.
With "fresh" as the company's operating mantra, our Happy Hour gathering will feature appetizers prepared by the CP Fresh staff. Yes, wine will also be poured. Altogether, this is a special Seattle opportunity not to be missed!
