The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee will host a discussion panel.

The amazing women panelists include:

Melony Edwards (Farmer + Former Chef)
Natalie Evans (Pastry Chef & Owner We Be Jamin Bakery)
.
Shae Frichette (Wine Maker/Owner Frichette Wines)
Kristine Glinoga (Butcher/Founder Butchery 101)

These four women represent various sectors of the food and beverage industry and have wonderful stories to share. The common denominator is that they have all experienced difficulties in their journey that relate to their race. We will touch on their setbacks and triumphs. We will gain some valuable insight on how Les Dames d'Escoffier can be better mentors and advocates for our very motivated women of color in the greater Seattle area. Our superstar panelists mean as much to the industry as the usual rockstars, and are doing their part to blaze the path and make it easier for those who wish to follow in their footsteps. Moderated by Dame Sabrina Tinsley
