Hobnob (verb): to mix socially, to spend time together in a friendly way. That sounds like the perfect description for the tradition of this April new member meeting. When we welcome new members into the chapter, we have the opportunity to not only meet them, but also to engage with each other in a relaxed, fun way to get to know each other better. We are lucky to be gathering this month at Tom Douglas’ fabulous new cooking school Hot Stove Society, where Dame Bridget Charters serves in the dynamic role of Culinary Director. Food being such a great vehicle for interaction, teams will spark their creativity in friendly competition with some tasty culinary challenges. It will be a fun evening of sharing food, fostering conversations and welcoming our new members.
